The project was put to competition by a construction company, the structure of this building was already built, the building divided into three parts including commercial, food court and offices.
The design of the external volume was done accordingly with the aim of extending the internal functions to the outer shell of the building, which was in direct interaction with the texture and environment around it. Commercial units on ground floor sharing their transparent showcases with people, the upper commercial units end in brick shell which is in line with the traditional architecture of the region, the food court part with indentation and rotation with the aim of gaining a better views provides users with a variety of space qualities, including open and covered space.
Official parts covered with a glass façade and a metal net that controls the light and at the highest elevation a roof garden was considered for recreation and breathing in this crowded neighborhood.
