Concrete beams and columns built on a foundation covered with vegetation that were supposed to be the structure of a home, today have become a part of a larger home space that needed reinforcement and extensions for further expansion on the site that could accommodate the new villa design.

The new villa design, which has been extended on the horizon, has a dual expression according to specific site, demands of its future users and existing structural requirements, thus the light gable roof considered as cover of old section of villa that its old structure limited loading and the flat bearing concrete roof was considered for cover of the new adjoining part of the villa. So that it could be used as a wider terrace than the lower one.

The design of the different spaces of the house is based on maximum utilization of the unique view of the site and transparency to bring the spatial quality of the surrounding nature into the home as much as possible. Indigenous materials have been also used for facade. Eventually the final product of the design and construction process is trying to be a modern indigenous building that alongside the apparent duality in its exterior, convey the sense of cohesion of a single building.
