Despite of the limitations caused by stepped terrains for design and construction, they also provide an opportunity to rethink about the site and the mass relation.

instead of compressing the volume on the nearest step of the site to the road and in order to reach the most potential of the site, we located each functional space (based on a certain hierarchy) as a separate mass on different levels of the site. It leads to make a more direct connection with the existing open space.

Thus, each open space of the site on every level got more independent identity and more active role with the help of its adjacent constructed room. These spaces include: garden and parking beside the living room, open space next to the kitchen, the front yards connected to the bedroom and the pool.

In order to compensate the occupied space by the villa volume, the stepped terraces created on the roof of each separate mass, to allow beautiful sensory experiences as well as diverse scenery for the person.

The vertical connection for the indoor spaces and also outside terraces considered in a linear continuous sequence.
